Graham Blake is a systems strategist and venture architect with over two decades of experience leading transformation across construction, real estate, manufacturing, and digital platforms. Formally trained in Industrial Design, he brings an operator’s eye and a designer’s mind to reshaping how complex systems are built, scaled, and sustained.
He was the founder of Kitspace OS, an AI-powered platform redefining interior fit-out in high-rise development, and senior advisor to Corvo, an Indigenous-led interiors firm advancing cultural leadership and economic reconciliation in real estate. Graham is also a fractional project leader for Circular Construction Systems, a research and demonstration group pioneering circular methodologies in housing, and serves as Chair of Squamish ReBuild Society.
Graham’s work spans physical infrastructure, digital coordination, and policy-aligned innovation. Prior to Avesdo, Ben founded Kinsman Marketing Partners, advising on over 125 residential projects and helping shape some of Canada’s top real estate brands. He previously held senior roles at Polygon Realty and Rennie Marketing Systems, managing billion-dollar portfolios and driving strategic growth. Known for championing innovation and culture, Ben regularly speaks at UDI, ULI, and CHBA events and contributes a monthly column to Storeys. He also serves on several industry and arts boards, including the Audain Art Museum, reflecting his deep commitment to housing, design, and community impact.
